Timetable October 23-24

• October 24
• 600 breakfast group gets up
• 700 the rest of the group gets up and we all
  have breakfast
• 900 respect for nature (walking the trails and
  lessons on trees)
• 1230 lunch preparation and lunch
• 200 take down camp cleaning of camp site
  taking down tents
• 330 leaving the camp site
• 400 arrival parking lot

• October 23
• 100 arrival parking lot
• 130 walk to camp site
• 215 arrival on camp site
• 230 set up tents taking out luggage
  cleaning of camp site
• 300 snacks
• 315 first aid lessons
• 430 preparation for supper
• 600 activities with maps and compasses
• 800 Games
• 1000 bedtime

Expedition - Day 1
We are getting ready to leave the parking lot to
go to the camp site

Day 1First aid and Map compass reading
First aid lessons with Léonie Lanteigne, Duke
leader
Map compass lessons are given by Sandy Samson
She used to be a Sea Cadet Chief

Evening 1 compass games

• We put to good use all the stuff we learned with
  Sandy Samson
• Divided into two groups, we had to work in team
  to find our way in the dark, it was really fun!
• Meanwhile the other group was staying warm next
  to the fire.

Day 2

• Forest Ranger, Denis Ouellette came to give us a
  lesson on nature
• Starting with a recap for map reading, then
• He explained how to distinguish trees and how to
  take care of nature. Very informative
