  conference is scheduled

Support

• CENIC provides support to the entire network,
  benefiting videoconferencing in that there is
  24/7/365 support available.
• Our immediate response process works as follows
• You may call our Network Operations Center (NOC).
  You will be prompted to press 2 if you have an
  immediate videoconferencing problem. During
  normal business hours this will get you to
  Cassandra Patrizio.
• After normal business hours, or if Cassandra is
  away from her desk, your call will be forwarded
  to an engineer in the CENIC NOC who will assist
  you.
• When you have non urgent issues or questions you
  can contact CENIC via email at SchedDesk_at_cenic.org
  during normal business hours
