newly refurbished Palmetto Cafe where you will be
enticed by our New-American cuisine prepared by
Chef Matthew Dibble. In the Charleston Grill ,
Chef Bob Waggoner fuses Low-country cooking and
his own French-influenced technique, creating
contemporary and sophisticated new southern haute
cuisine using seasonal and regional ingredients.
Afternoon tea is served every Monday through
Saturday in the Lobby Lounge. Whatever your
