  • are as diverse as humankind

    probably, the ability to easily connect a
    personal computer or fax machine, and to access
    internet services
  • She/he will expect
  • the room to be quiet
  • check-in/check-out to be quick and efficient
  • the staff to be friendly and aware of her/his
    needs
  • Needs may vary depending on the business
