Why Tourism and Events Management?

• To be successful in the management industry,

  across all of the elements of management from
  sales to marketing to how prepare and host and
  event, and how to run an tourism agency and
  students will be taught to make decisions that

  as this course will be mainly focusing on how to
  apply thought process and innovative decisions to
  decisions and problems that a manager may come
  across.

  and communications and tourism management, this
  course will teach students how to handle
  situations professionally and in a way that will
  benefit the business. After the six-month study
  period in which the students will strengthen
  their theory and knowledge, they will then be
  sent on a six-month paid internship in a local
  Swiss business.

• During this course, students will be assessed on
  two stages through a series of modules that will
  be taught to them through lectures and the
  internship period.
• Students will be taught in traditional lectures,
  in which there will be guided readings that will
  give students a broader understanding of the
  industry.
• Students are assessed based upon their
  coursework, reports and presentations.
