  • Human resources are the people that staff and
    operate an organisation.
  • Human Resource Management is the organisational
    function that deals with all issues related to
    staff such as recruitment, performance
    management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee
    motivation, communication, disciplinary
    procedures, administration, and training.
