  • A public service in the Netherlands with
  • 30.000 staff members
  • No ethnic diversity at managerial level in
    contrast to the lower levels
  • A one off Talent Management experiment in 2005
    for talented ethnic minorities

  • To promote the talented participants with an
    ethnic minority background to a managerial level
  • A 10 months program with a training personal
    development,action learning groups, an ethnic
    diversity training
  • Mentoring internship during the program
