contrast to the lower levels - A one off Talent Management experiment in 2005
for talented ethnic minorities

- To promote the talented participants with an
ethnic minority background to a managerial level - A 10 months program with a training personal
development,action learning groups, an ethnic
diversity training - Mentoring internship during the program
