  which may take 20 years to achieve
• However short term commercial pressures (e.g.
  recession, pension fund issues etc.) may come
  into play
• Rapid growth could compromise design and
  technical quality. Leadership Stretch could

• The BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and
  China) have increased their share of global GDP
  from 15 in 1980 to 25 in 2007 overtaking the
  USA (22).
• By 2032, the BRIC economies will overtake the G7.
• 4 of the worlds richest people are Indian.

• A massive domestic middle class is becoming
