  • Explain how the Holy Spirit revealed the Church
    on Pentecost. Your answer must describe
    Pentecost as portrayed in The Acts of the
    Apostles to include a description of who was
    there, how those present described the Holy
    Spirit, the immediate actions of the attendees
    after the event, and the Charisms they were
    provided to carry out those actions.. (1 point
    grammar, 1 point spelling, 3 points for
    describing the scene at Pentecost, 2 points for
    describing what the attendees did immediately
    thereafter, 2 points for naming at least 2
    charisms provided by the Holy Spirit and 1 point
    for your conclusion sentence. 10 points total).
  • Reiterate The Great Commission and provide
    examples of how each member of the Church can
    respond to that commission. Your answer must
    have an introductory sentence, 1-2 sentences that
    quote or closely paraphrases The Great
    Commission from either the text or your Bible,
    and 2-3 sentences that provide examples of how
    one responds to that commission. You should
    conclude with at least one sentence explaining
    why it is important that each Christian does in
    fact respond individually to The Great
    Commission. (1 point spelling, 1 Point
    grammar,4 points for accurately quoting or
    paraphrasing The Great Commission, 6 points for
    2-3 specific examples of how one responds to that
    commission and 3 points for explaining why it is
    important that each Christian does respond in a
    concrete manner. 15 points total.)
