A Little Patience---And Kindness, Too Galatians

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is
love, joy, peace, patience,
kind- ness, goodness, faithfulness, 23
gentleness and self- control.
Against such things there is
no law. (Gal. 522-23)

PATIENCE Forbearance under provocation.
Long-suffering and restraining retribution.
Bearing with one another in love. Based on Gods
example toward humanity involves a choice to
restrain immediate negative emotional reactions.

As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to
live a life worthy of the calling you have
received. Be completely humble and gentle be
patient, bearing with one another in
love. (Ephesians 41-2)

KINDNESS Gracious attitudes and actions shown to
others. God modeled kindness through his
salvation to us. Jesus Golden Rule Do to
others as you would have them do to you.
Active choices to demonstrate love. Godly
civility.

Be kind and compassionate to one another,
forgiving each other, just as in Christ God
forgave you. (Ephesians 432)
