• greater awareness of classroom environment

• Solutions can have wider application

• identification of ABLe pilot schools
• lead from authority,
• availability of Psychologists to support schools
  implement ABLe

• Consolidation in pilot schools with plans to
  develop more cluster based approaches
• Encourage mentoring
• Continue to look at merging with EDC Staged
