Program?
  • Flexible, commonsense, proven tool to find and
    fix hazards before injuries, illnesses, or deaths
    occur

    issued a Proposed Rule (78 FR 3646) to amend its
    regulation for Current Good Manufacturing
    Practice and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based
    Preventive Controls for Human Food.

  • Federal Railroad Administration September 7,
    2012 issued a Proposed Rule (77 FR 55372) to
    require commuter and intercity passenger
    railroads to develop and implement a System
    Safety Program (SSP) to improve the safety of
    their operations.

OSHA I2P2 Rulemaking
  • OSHA will initiate the SBREFA process soon.
