• Bachelors Degree from a University
• Hospital based training program
• Student must have completed a Bachelor degree in
  a science program
• Certification program
• 12 months
• Toxicology
• Immunohematogy-Blood Banking
• Microbiology

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• Voluntary Certification, but most job required
  certification to be hired
• Most graduate from accredited CLS program to be
  eligible to take national exam
• Student are eligible to take the national exam
  from AMT, ASCP or NMT
