11Proposed Resolution
- that the Participating Standards Organizations of
GSC continue to support ICT management and
operation standardization as a High Interest
Subject - to continue to bring a spirit of collaboration
and mutual support to the development of ICT
management and operation standards - to work to identify and present areas of
standardization that relate ICT management and
operation with other High Interest Subjects, such
as new SP/NO management operation requirements,
IPTV, Home Networking, etc. and - that the Participating Standards Organizations of
GSC actively seek on going tactical coordination
and collaboration of management and operations
work programs (e.g. via the ITU-T JCA on
Management and ITU-T SG2). - to work to study the qualification evaluation
mechanisms or methods to ICT MO service
provision

- ATIS focus on ICT service specified MO
standardization activities, such as IPTV, NGN,
and so on - CCSA established a practical ICT MO framework
which can harmonize most of the current ICT
standardization achievements in different
organizations - Coordinate and collaborate with other
organizations where appropriate - Continue with cross-organizational coordination
and collaboration
