receipts and save on to your computer. Log in to
Spendvision. Click P-Cards Statement.

Receipt Images.

that have already been loaded will be shown here.
Click Upload New Image, which will always appear
in the top left corner.
6How to load and attach a receiptClick Browse to
search for your image. Please remember images
need to be PDF, JPG, GIF, or TIF and less than
5MB in size (preferably PDF).
7How to load and attach a receiptSearch for your
saved receipt image and double click on the file
name.
8How to load and attach a receiptThe file name
will appear in the box. Click Upload File.
9How to load and attach a receiptYou will see a
pop up box showing the transactions for that
statement period. Click on the transaction you
want to attach the receipt to.
10How to load and attach a receiptThe transaction
you have selected will be highlighted blue and
there will be a paperclip symbol on the left hand
side. Click Save. The receipt has been loaded and
attached to the transaction.(If you click on the
wrong transaction click on that transaction again
to unselect it and click on the correct
transaction remembering to check it is
highlighted in blue then click Save).

save you will return to the Receipt Image page.
DO NOT DELETE ANY RECEIPT IMAGES.

Statement page check there is a Yes in the Image
column next to each transaction. This means you
have loaded and attached the receipt correctly.
By close of statement period you need to have a
Yes against each transaction in the Image column.

14To check if a receipt has beenattached to a
transactionLog in to Spendvision. Click P-Cards
Statement. Click Manage Receipt Images. Click
Linked Transactions against the receipt you wish
to check.
15To check if a receipt has beenattached to a
transactionThe transaction highlighted in blue
is the transaction linked to that receipt.
16To check if a receipt has beenattached to a
transactionIf there are no transactions
highlighted blue you have NOT attached the
receipt image to a transaction and will be in
breach of the policy. You will need to click on
the appropriate transaction and click Save.
17To check if a receipt has beenattached to a
transactionOn the Account Statement page check
there is a Yes in the Image column next to each
transaction. This means you have loaded and
attached the receipt correctly. By close of
statement period you need to have a Yes against
each transaction in the Image column.
18- VAT Receipt Tick Box
- If you have a receipt that shows VAT you must
ensure that you have placed a tick in the VAT
receipt tick box. - This is to enable ECC to claim back the VAT on
behalf of your team. The amount of VAT goes back
to your teams budget. - If you do not tick this box for receipts showing
VAT Spendvision will not know to reclaim the VAT
and you will be in breach of the Policy.
Therefore your team will be paying additional
money for goods and services.
19VAT Receipt Tick BoxAfter coding your
transaction on the Transaction Details screen you
must click in the box by VAT Receipt if you have
attached a receipt showing VAT.
20VAT Receipt Tick BoxThe box will show a green
tick and Spendvision will be able to claim back
the VAT.
21VAT Receipt Tick Box On the Account Statement
page check there is a Yes in the VAT Receipt
column next to each transaction if you have
attached a receipt that includes VAT. This means
Spendvision will be able to claim back the VAT.
By close of statement period you need to have a
Yes against each transaction in the VAT Receipt
column for all transactions that include VAT.
