• First thing in the morning
• Pray or have worship with children before going
  to bed.

• Short and sweet
• No longer than 10-15 minutes.
  Six to eight minutes is excellent.
• Include the children

• Read a short Bible passage
• Read the chosen devotion
• One family member prays for everyone
• Hug and kiss after prayer

activities families and couples can do together.

Meal Time Guidelines

• Eat in the same area (together).
• Eat at least two meals a week together. Ideally,
  it should be at least once a day.
• Meal times is a time for intense sharing. Always
  include the children.

• Taking the time to laugh together
• Taking the time to have fun together
• Chilling out together
• Going places together

• It means everyone sleeping in the same house.
  Not in grandmas house.
• It means husband and wife sleeping in the same
  bed.
• It means parents not going to sleep while their
  children watch TV.
• It means having a healthy time to go to bed.

Relationships/Families
1.Happy/stable couples realize a good
relationship/family is not a gift but it is an
achievement. Every relationship, left up to
natural instincts will self-destruct. Because a
relationship is a living organism it cant
self-regulate and self-maintain.

part of each partner.
