- For every 20 students entering 9th grade, 14 will
graduate, 8 will go to college, and 3 will
receive a bachelors degree - Only 17 of GED graduates enroll in postsecondary
education - 1 million of Kentuckys 2.4 million workers are
functioning below the 9th grade level in math
and/or reading
