• Directions TABLE CAPTAINS ONLY
• Go to Ms. Dodges Webpage and download the Prom
  Table Seating Template.
• Fill out the table captain information.
• Replace First Name Last Name on the table card
  template with the name of each guest to be seated
  at your table - dont forget the captain!
• - Tables are limited to 10 guests.
• - Please leave the table number blank, it will
  be assigned to you
• at a later date (see 5)
• Note If a name appears on more than one table
  form, the name will be removed and a seat will
  be selected for you
• Once you have filled out the form, SAVE IT to
  Ms. Dodges COMPLETED DRIVE (the i drive) in the
  PROM-SEATING folder titled with the table
  captains last name.
  Be sure if is correct!
  You cannot access your seating chart once it is
  saved You must save at school
  or use the portal from the district webpage. Log
  in using your regular ID pw
• Print out 2 hard copies save one for yourself.
  Submit the second to Ms. Dodge in room 225 if you
  wish to choose your table. Table selection
  requests will be taken ONLY Monday May
  20-Wednesday May 22nd.

come, first serve. If you cannot make the May
20th meeting submisisons will be taken before 1st
period or after school until Wednesday May 22nd.
