means the reception and entertainment of guests,
visitors or strangers with liberality and good
will. - The word hospitality is derived from hospice
(nursing home), a medieval house of rest for
travelers and pilgrims. - Hospitality then includes hotels and restaurants.
3- Hospitality may be defined as meeting the needs
of guests in a variety of establishments. - The hospitality Industry offers employment to
people of differing personalities, background and
skills through a wide diversity of type of
outlets serving food and beverages.
