What is Z-Transform

• Another technique of transforming a signal into
  different domain like Laplace and Fourier
  transformation.
• It is used extensively for the analysis of LTI
  discrete systems.
• Makes some operations easier to implement
  compared to time domain operations.
• One of its very important features is the poles
  and zeros analysis for studying the response of
  different discrete signals in LTI systems.
