The New Form Some Changes

• 1 page (can spill over to second page if needed)
• Preloaded information (semester, outcomes, etc.)
• Locked form tab to each box
• Available online
• Works with Word 2003 and 2007
• One comment box at the end

Tweaking nothings perfect

• The Assessment of Student Learning Committee has
  been working on this form for 18 months, sending
  out different revisions for faculty and division
  feedback. We worked hard to make this as
  perfect as possible for every division.
• This form reflects 5 revision iterations
  reflecting any faculty/division feedback we
  received.
• Several instructors used this form in Spring 2011
  and found it easy, meeting their assessment
  needs.
• Let the ASLC committee know ASAP if the form
  needs a tweak.
