• Know your triggers and avoid them.
• Take your asthma medication at the right times.
• Take the right amount of your medicine.
• Remember to take your preventative medicine,
  even when you
• are feeling good.
• Check with your doctor to make sure you are
  using your inhaler
• the right way.
• If your parents say it is okay keep your
  inhaler with you.
• Make an Asthma Action Plan.
• Use your peak flow meter to check your asthma.
• Watch for early signs of asthma.
• Stay active - dont limit yourself because of
  your asthma.
