RECRUITMENT MEETINGS

• The Emergency Shelter Care (ESC) Program of The
  Department of Children and Family Services
  provides and ensures the availability of licensed
  foster homes for the placement of children taken
  into protective custody on an emergency basis,
  after hours, weekends and holidays.
• The ESC providers must have at least one-year of
  active experience as a Los Angeles County
  licensed foster parent and be licensed by the
  California Department of Social Services (CDSS)
  Community Care Licensing Division.
