Heavenly Father Teach us to set aside our
wants for this day and make it a better day for
someone else. Teach us that the secret of
happiness is not in doing what we like, but in
liking what we do. And now bless this food to
our use and us to Your service. Amen

Our once-a-year Kiwanis College (formerly
Zone Conference) was held for Divisions 3,4 and
5 Saturday, 3/11 in Lake City. Carl Krouch and
Leigh Roberts represented the Beaches Club. and I
represented Division 5. The workshops format
and content this year were different from
previous years. I was told by some of those who
attended that the things they learned about being
a more effective Kiwanian were certainly worth
the very early Saturday morning drive.
