1. MGNREGA- Performance in respect of generation of man-days under MGNREGA is better than the previous year and this is to be continued in all districts. Target is to be kept so that by November it raises to 70 man-days. (Action taken by- All DMs)
2. There should not be any problem as per as fund of MGNREGA is concerned. Sub-allocation of fund is to be done by the Joint Secretary(RD) within 2-3 days. Analysis is to be done in respect of utilization of fund by Panchayat Deptt, TTAADC and Line departments and fund is to be placed accordingly. Funds lying unutilized are to be used immediately. (Action taken by- JS(RD), DMs)

3. IAY - Selection of beneficiaries in respect of IAY in consultation with BAC/Panchayat Samity is to be completed. Immediately after selection of beneficiaries, fund is to be deposited in the A/C of IAY beneficiaries. (Action taken by- All DMs)
4. Finance Department issued a circular regarding accumulation of Government money in CD Account. Utilisation Certificate Adjustment of DCC bills and AC Bills upto 2011, are to be submitted latest by 31st December 2012. Special emphasis is to be given by the concerned DMs so that all A/C bills drawn up-to 2011 can be adjusted within the stipulated period maintaining the DFPRT of Government of India. (Action taken by- All DMs)
