FUNDING SUPPORT

• 1M funding released to all regions in support of
  implementation of Project Reach
• Funding counterpart of the Central Office to
  support the activities that will contribute to
  the attainment of project objectives by each
  region
• Allowable expenses resource mobilization,
  networking, advocacy, instructional materials
  development/procurement for use of schools,
  orientation/training/capacity building activities
  for project proponents/implementers/partners, and
  monitoring and evaluation activities.

• Must focus on increasing participation and
  completion rates and decreasing dropout rates
• Indicate prioritization of divisions, age, level,
  grade/year level, types of children in
  quantifiable terms
• Specify strategies, time frame, and specific
  outputs
• Describe mechanics of implementation of each
  program
• Include management structure for accountability
  purposes
• Additional comments and recommendation specific
  to each region shall be formally communicated
