Isaiah 403

• A voice cries out, In the wilderness clear a way
  for the Lord construct in the desert a road for
  our God.

Exodus 121-6

• 1 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in the land of
  Egypt, 2 This month is to be your beginning of
  months it will be your first month of the year.
  3 Tell the whole community of Israel, In the
  tenth day of this month they each must take a
  lamb for themselves according to their families
  a lamb for each household

Exodus 121-6

• 4 If any ... 5 Your lamb must be perfect, a male,
  one year old you may take it from the sheep or
  from the goats. 6 You must care for it until the
  fourteenth day of this month, and then the whole
  community of Israel will kill it around sundown.

Original Palm Sunday

• The 14th would have been Thu, because Fri was
  Passover
• The lamb is killed on the evening of the 14th
  Thur night and eaten that night (the 15th)
• Count back to the 10th day, that would then have
  been Sunday

Exodus 1212-15

• 12 I will pass through the land of Egypt in the
  same night, and I will attack all the firstborn
  in the land of Egypt, both of humans and of
  animals, and on all the gods of Egypt I will
  execute judgment. I am the Lord. 13 The blood
  will be a sign for you on the houses where you
  are, so that when I see the blood I will pass
  over you, and this plague will not fall on you to
  destroy you when I attack the land of Egypt.

Exodus 1212-15

• 14 This day will become a memorial for you, and
  you will celebrate it as a festival to the Lord
  you will celebrate it perpetually as a lasting
  ordinance. 15 For seven days you must eat bread
  made without yeast. Surely on the first day you
  must put away yeast from your houses because
  anyone who eats bread made with yeast from the
  first day to the seventh day will be cut off from
  Israel.

Zechariah 99-10

• 9 Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout,
  daughter of Jerusalem! Look! Your king is coming
  to you he is legitimate and victorious, humble
  and riding on a donkey on a young donkey, the
  foal of a female donkey. 10 I will remove the
  chariot from Ephraim and the warhorse from
  Jerusalem, and the battle bow will be removed.
  Then he will announce peace to the nations. His
  dominion will be from sea to sea and from the
  Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

  land from the east when crossing the Jordan)
• Ezekiel 104, 18-19 1122-24 (when Gods glory
  leaves the temple, it goes east, i.e. east gate
  and Mt to the east)
