Raise Quality of the Faculty

• KSU faculty offers graduate courses
• 12 KU faculty sent to get advance degrees at KSU
• KSU faculty members assist Dean in recruiting
  visiting professors

Reform Curriculum

• KSU faculty member works at KU to facilitate
  curricular reform
• Develop an English proficiency examination for
  new students

Improve Teaching

• Facilitate improvement of teaching
• Provide technical assistance to establish
  sub-departments.
• Offer a short-term intensive English program for
  faculty in the Department of English
• Develop student learning outcomes
• 15 KU faculty members are assigned a mentor from
  KSU English Department and College of Education
  with focus on improving teaching
