TKESTeacher Keys to Effectiveness System

• This is a new system by which all teachers in
  Georgia will be evaluated.
• There are 10 specific standards that will be used
  to measure teacher effectiveness.

IDMSInformation Data Management System

• This system allows us to track student
  performance and allows us to track student
  standardized test data
• Teachers can access instructional units and other
  resources from this site.
• Teachers can sign up for professional learning
  opportunities via PD Planner

Infinite Campus

• Infinite campus is the new system that teachers
  and administrators will use to monitor and
  maintain the grades, attendance, parent portal,
  and student schedules.

SISStudent Information System

• SIS is an internal program used by DCSD to order
  text books, monitor Gifted students, order
  student transcripts, manage the inventory of
  textbooks, monitor attendance, Administer
  Renzullli, calculate end of semester grades for
  EOCT courses and much more.

Tienet

• TieNet is the system used to record the status
  and maintain the records of students who have
  IEPs, 504s, specific ELL student information,
  Social work referrals, and more.
• This system will only be used by special ed
  teachers and ESOL teachers.
