Is often symbolised by the Dharmachakra the
Wheel of the Law.

Right View
Prajna
Right View means that you must begin your journey
towards enlightenment in the right frame of mind
you must agree with the teachings of the Three
Marks of Life the Four Noble Truths.

Right Intention
Prajna
Right intention means that you must follow the
dharma for the right reasons To free
yourself. Out of love and compassion for all
beings.

Right Speech
Sila
Right speech means that you must avoid speaking
harm, telling lies, or gossiping, and practice
being truthful promoting harmony. You must also
value silence

Right Action
Sila
Right action means that you must behave well. Do
not Destroy life, steal, misuse sex,
over-indulge the senses, lie, or cloud the mind
with alcohol or drugs. (The five precepts)

Right Livelihood
Sila

Right livelihood means that you must earn your
living in a way that does not involve going
against Buddhist principles. Work should be of
benefit to all, and not harm others!

Right Effort
Samadhi
Right effort means that you must make a constant,
positive effort to think and act in a positive
and good way. This is very difficult requires
constant effort!

Right Mindfulness
Samadhi
Right mindfulness means that you must be really
aware of the world around you all the time do
not be distracted, concentrate on the way things
are. Live in the moment!

Right Concentration
Samadhi
Right concentration means the regular practice of
meditation. This will enable you to calm the
mind, develop loving kindness, and gain insight
into the way that things really are!
