PERCENTAGES. PER CENT means OUT OF (per) 100

To convert any FRACTION to a PERCENTAGE, first
convert it to a DECIMAL.

With any decimal, it doesnt matter how many
zeroes we add to the numbers after the decimal
point, as long as we write them after all the
other numbers.

For percent we only need 2 digits after the
DECIMAL POINT.
