Report Tabs
Data Filters
Before any report can be presented, you must
select one of the 3 report tabs Hands and Arms,
Lifting, or Office Computer. Please note that
clicking on a tab creates an unfiltered report,
which could be very large and cumbersome. Adding
filters prior to selecting a Report Tab will
focus the results on the data that you are
interested in seeing.

Selecting Filters
Specify type of filter first.
Clicking the All button adjacent to Wa
Ergonomics and then clicking the Hands Arms
tab produces a report showing the scores for each
client that Wa Ergonomics has. The scores are
shown as the average score for all the Hands and
Arms evaluations taken by each of these clients.
Following the average score is the number of
evaluations completed, and then the range of
scores from lowest to highest.

Filter List
Click to remove this filter
Because the Report module was accessed from a
screen with an existing list of filters, this
report is filtered to a specific individual, at
this location, performing this job. The report
indicates Brough, William has completed 7
evaluations. To see all the employees who have
performed this task, click the Name button
adjacent Brough, William. This action will
remove the filter.

Removing a Filter
Pressing the Employee link activated the
employee filter and expanded the report to show
all individuals filtered by the specified
company, location, department, evaluation level
and job. Selecting any of the other links will
remove the associated filters. Clicking on a name
in the body of the report will re-establish that
name as a data filter. This technique provides
amazing flexibility. Experiment with adding and
removing filters to customize the reports to suit
your specific requirements.
Clicking on a name will create a new filter
