  • One mentor (rotate among mentors in building)

    week to cover a topic from the suggested list
  • Mentor observes in new teachers classroom before
    the end of the month

  • Mentors meet at least twice a month with new
    teachers
  • Once mentor (rotate among mentors) meets with all
    new teachers after school two times during the
    month to cover a topic from the suggested list
