Ordinary People
  • Teen-aged brothers and best friends Buck and
    Conrad Jarrett were involved in a boating
    accident which claimed Buck's life. Shortly
    thereafter, Conrad tried to commit suicide. After
    a four month hospitalization, Conrad is back in
    his upper middle class suburban Chicago home with
    his parents, Calvin and Beth Jarrett. The
    Jarretts collectively are publicly trying to get
    on with their lives, Conrad who is back at high
    school in his senior year partaking in his old
    activities such as the swim team and choir. But
    things in the Jarrett household are not all
    right. Although stating he is unsure why he
    decides to do so, Conrad restarts his psychiatric
    therapy outside of the hospital with a Dr.
    Berger. This therapy may be able to uncover the
    reasons for the Jarrett's collective unhappiness,
    and leads each to examine not only the overall
    family dynamic but the individual relationships

The Shining
  • A novelist - Jack Torrance take a job interview
    as winter caretaker of the isolated, old, huge
    and beautiful Overlook Hotel. In the interview,
    Jack is told by the manager himself, that the
    previous caretaker - Grady, chopped his family
    and later killed himself with a shotgun. Ignoring
    the story, Jack brings his wife - Wendy and his
    son Danny. It happens that Danny, has a
    mysterious power known as "The Shining" that
    shows him things from the past and future. Some
    of the visions come from Tony - "the little boy
    who lives in Danny's mouth". Danny meets
    Hallorann - the hotel cook in their first day
    arriving at the Overlook, who also has this
    "Shining" and he warns him about the hotel and
    the sinister Room 237. As the days go by, Danny
    has visions of previous guests and employees who
    died at the hotel years before, meanwhile Jack
    starts driving into insanity, turning more and
    more aggressive, at the point that Danny and
    Wendy gets convinced that Jack might try to do
    the same thing, Grady did. Written by matheus

    Eric defeats Harold, who hires a pro trainer to
    prepare him. Eric, whose qualifying heat is
    scheduled for a Sunday, refuses to run despite
    pressure from the Olympic committee. A compromise
    is reached when a nobleman allows Eric to compete
    in his 400 meter slot. Eric and Harold win their
    respective races and go on to achieve fame as
    missionary and businessman/athletic advocate,

    inspiring them to break free from the control of
    men and become more like Dorsey's initial

    with, that co-star's father who falls in love
    with him, and a male co-star who yearns for his

  • Daniel and his mother move from New Jersy to

    Daniel discovers that a dark haired Italian boy

    one of their girl friends. Daniel manages to talk
    his way out of some fights but is finally
    cornered by several who belong to the same karate
    school. As Daniel is passing out from the beating
    he sees Miyagi, the elderly gardner leap into the
    fray and save him by outfighting a half dozen
    teenagers. Miyagi and Daniel find the real
    motivator behind the boys' violent attitude is
    the their karate teacher. Miyagi promises to
    teach Daniel to fight and arranges a fight at a
    karate contest some months off. When his training
    begins, Daniel can't understand what he is being
    shown. Miyagi seems more interested in having
    Daniel paint fences and wax cars than teaching

    love with the one, Denys Finch-Hatton and goes on
    safari and whatnot with him. Later, she begins to
    want more from him than the simple
    friendship/relationship they have and pushes
    marriage, but Denys still wants his freedom. By
    the end, she's gained a much better understanding
    and respect for the African culture than when she

  • Young Amish widow Rachel Lapp is taking her young
    son Samuel to Philadelphia for the first time.
    While in a washroom at the train station, Samuel
    sees two men savagely murder a third. The
    detective assigned to the homicide case is Det.
    John Book who informs them that the murdered man
    was a police officer. It isn't long before the
    young boy fingers Philadelphia narcotics officer
    McFee as the murderer. Book soon discovers that
    McFee was involved in the theft of something
    called P2P, an ingredient used in the making of
    methamphetamine. Shortly after Book tells his
    boss this information, McFee comes after Book and
    wounds him in a shootout. Book determines that
    the best way to avoid detection is to blend in
    with the Amish community, which he does, working
    with them on their farms and helping with
    building a new barn. But the corrupt cops Book
    has exposed are determined to keep their dirty
    work a secret, and they come looking for Book
    Samuel to silence them for good.... Written by

  • It is the year 1985. Marty McFly, a mild-mannered
    high school student, stopped by Dr. Emmett L.
    Brown's laboratory to play around with an
    amplifier. Then he receives a message from Doc
    that he needs help from him for Doc's latest
    invention, a time machine made out of a DeLorean
    sports car that can travel through time
    instantaneously when it reaches a speed velocity
    of 88 MPH. Then, Doc was gunned down by Libyan
    Nationalists, Marty makes an effort to escape
    from the Lybians by using the time machine. Then
    Marty accidentally warps himself into 1955. Where
    he meets both of his parents when they were
    teenagers, then Marty unintentionally interrupts
    his parent's first meeting together, he then
    finds a younger version of Doc and together they
    try to find a way to get Marty's parents-to-be
    back together, and to get Marty back to 1985.

    Co Bao, Rambo embarks on a mission to rescue the
    POWs, who are being held by sadistic Vietnamese
