Arrangement of Entries
  • Arrange entries in alphabetical order, ignoring,
    but including, the article a, an, and the.
  • Double space the entire page. Do not place extra
    spacing between entries.
  • Use an inverted paragraph format for each entry.
    This mean that the first line of the entry begins
    at the left margin and all subsequent lines are
    indented five spaces.
