  • Emotions are strong reactions that are felt in
    response to an experience
  • Awareness is key it helps you to express what
    you are feeling in a clear manner
  • Emotion accompanied by facial changes
  • Some emotions can cause physiological changes

    that impairs brain functions either permanently
    or temporarily
  • Degenerative Disorders Progressive deterioration
    of tissue over several years
  • Functional Disorders Develop as a result of a
    persons environment (childhood or stress)
  • Symptoms include Personality or mood changes
  • Caused by Chemical Imbalance (temporary or
    permanent)
