    using the four steps to design a project whereas
    they can grab learners attention in two ways
    perceptual and inquiry. In the second step, they
    can increase motivation by using examples with
    which the learners are familiar. The third step,
    instructional designers offer a challenge that
    provides meaningful success. The fourth step,
    they provide a real setting, feedback, and
    reinforcements that support the desired
    behavioral.
