Update Document Register
  1. The document register will be updated by the unit
    administrator
  2. The unit administrator will close out orders
    upon receipt of the orders, this will close out
    the open document numbers and are considered
    received.

There are three choices with a description after
each choice. Pending Orders and Received Orders
are for tracking purposes. The Shipped Orders
option will allow unit administrators to confirm
the receipt of an order. Click on Shipped
Orders.

Select a DODAAC from the drop-down box and then
click Get Order Status.

Click on Received button in the same row as the
document number to show that order as received..
This will move the order to the received orders
register.
You can click on the document number to see the
details of the shipped items.
