  1. Thorough understanding of global satellite
    navigation systems and augmentation technologies
  2. Thorough understanding of the simulation and test
    field in satellite navigation main public and
    private actors, institutional framework,
    facilities, tools, etc.
  3. Outstanding background on design, development and
    integration of IT systems and network features.
  4. Sound experience on the development of web-based
    applications and knowledge management databases.
  5. Sound experience in operations of web-based
    distributed networks and systems.
  6. Good knowledge of the GNSS user community needs,
    present applications, trends, etc., especially
    related to simulation and testing activities.
