AIRS - Confidentiality

• Submit cases with confidence
• Data is encrypted for transmission and stored at
  the AQIs data center on secured servers.
• An anonymous option with no identifying data is
  available

• A case from the AIRS system is written up by the
  AIRS Committee

Use for local incident reporting

• Several institutions are using AIRS for their
  local reporting
• Two Options
• Report to the national AIRS system. Local
  institution will get access to their reports
• Install AIRS locally. AQI will be source code
  and assistance to local IT. Send reports to AQI
  monthly.

  opportunities to leverage the case reports into
  educational offerings.
