  • Recruiter posts requisition to internal Career
    Express site may also search internal database
    to match possible candidates
  • TMTs follow team processes to source preferred or
    additional candidates

Source Candidates
Candidate Application
  • Candidates apply online via Career Express
  • Supervisor receives notice that employee has
    applied.
  • Recruiter filters candidates and provides short
    list for follow-up to hiring Supervisor

Screen Assess Applicant
  • Hiring Supervisor and selection team conduct
    interviews and/or hold selection meeting with
    Supervisors / TMT Reps
  • Hiring Supervisor works with Recruiter/HRBP to
    make offer

Interview, Select Extend Offer
  • Candidate accepts Recruiter notifies all
    candidates as to outcome

Notification to all candidates
  • Hiring Supervisor initiates steps in Manager
