  • Relative Strength!

How to determine your exercises
  • Examine the sport movement
  • Is there a deficiency? If so where?
  • Determine the performance gap.
  • Prescribe the correct exercise for the gap.

  • Upper body mechanics/force drastically influence

  • Proper arm carriage/action and backside mechanics
