5 Handling of Conflict

    made to resolve them.

    tyranny of the minority.
  • Difficulties either suppressed or may result in
    open conflict.
  • Groups may contain domineering or aggressive
    sub-groups
  • Sometimes decisions only agreed to keep the
    peace.
