Cable Installation Testing 1

  cables
• This is critical, and must start very soon
• Development of cable testing capability is also
  needed
• Type 3 testing is simple, but Type 2 requires
  more development.

• Installation of Type IV on US side almost
  completed
• Working very well with TC team
• Cable testing with SCT collaboration
• Connector installation in situ at power supply
  end with help from TC
• Nicolas Massol joined TC in September. One of
  his tasks is to organize connector activity
• Work with Petr Kubik (Prague) to discuss
  technical aspects and qualify samples made by
  other companies being contacted
• Meanwhile cables in US15 are being cut to some
  extra length and all tooling has been purchased
  to make prototypes
• More people are needed for Type II/III
• QA person to work with company during production
• Specialized team to connect to PP1
