A waiter slipped and hit his elbow through the
glass panel of a door. Result Very deep cuts at
the back of his elbow. He will be off work for 8
days or more.

• No rushing, walk at a normal pace and control
  your body.
• Check for trip hazards near glass panelled doors.
• Be aware that your soles can be slippery from
  water and/or oil when walking out of a kitchen
  or workshop.
