• Nose filters air to lungs.
• Mouth is used for inhaling and exhaling.
• Pharynx assists in vocalization.
• Larynx is the part of the respiratory system that
  helps us speak.
• Trachea is the tube that connects the throat and
  bronchi.
• Alveoli are the grape-like clusters of air sacs
  in the lungs.
• Diaphragm is the large band of muscle that
  controls the size of the chest cavity.
• Lungs are the two large lightweight organs of the
  body.
• Pleura are the outer membrane which covers the
  lungs.
• Bronchi are two branches of the windpipe.
• Epiglottis is like a trap door by closing when we
  swallow food and thus
• prevents food from going down the trachea.
