• 1 hour commute each way
• Wednesday - 830-6 PM
• Thursday - 830 1 PM
• Room with 15 others
• Each proposal read by 4 panelists
• The highest reviewer is the scribe

For each proposal

• Scribe recaps for panel
• Each reader gives their synopsis
• The discussion is opened up
• A sticky note is placed on a white board in a
  continuum from good to bad
• Define the 25 line
• Program director will have final say
• Minimal - 1 excellent to get funded
• A final review is penned by scribe. All
  reviewers must sign off on it.
• Anyone can keep a proposal alive. NOT a
  democracy
