What is NSF file?

• The extension of NSF file is Notes Storage
  facility. It is used to store data in document
  units. NSF file works under offline mode with
  fully functional database. It is used for data
  replication process . This file format is
  supported by IBM Lotus Notes.

What is PST file?

• It is a personal Storage table. It is a type of
  file format used by Outlook. It have ability to
  store data upto 2 gb. PST file is located at
  client hard disk. It is even used by IMAP and
  HTTP.

Manual method

• There are 2 phase to convert NSF to PST manually.

Steps to convert NSF to CSV file

• Step1) Open IBM Lotus Notes.
• Step2) Select file option, tick on open . After
  that click on Lotus Notes.
• Step3) Choose the file you want to convert and
  click on open button.
• Step4) Go to the file menu and click on export.
• Step5) Give the required information in appeared
  export dialogue box.
• Step6) Choose comma separated file value.
• Step 7) Click OK. Exported NSF file will be saved
  in CSV file format.

Steps to convert CSV to Outlook

• Step1) Run MS Outlook program.
• Step2) Go to file menu, Click on open export
  then click on import/export.
• Step3) Select import from another program and
  then tick on Next .
• Step4) Click on comma separated file menu and
  then on next.
• Step5) Select the location where your exported
  CSV file from NSF is stored.
• Step6) Choose the location to save the PST file
  and then click on next.
• Step7)Lastly, click on Finish.
