- Moses escapes the slaughter of Hebrew boys and is
adopted by Pharaohs daughter. - After killing an Egyptian soldier, Moses, 40,
flees to Midian.
3Moses is raised in household of Pharaoh.
- In Midian, Moses marries Zipporah, the daughter
of Jethro, priest of Midian.
42. God appears to Moses at the age of 80 in the
form of a burning bush.
- God reveals His name as I AM WHO AM.
- God reveals Himself as the God of Abraham, Isaac
and Jacob.
52. God appears to Moses at the age of 80 in the

- God calls Moses to lead the Israelites out of
Egypt for a three day journey. - Moses reluctantly accepts the call, but God
equips him with signs.

- Despite reluctance, Moses answered Gods call to
lead Israel out of Egypt. - By the blood and flesh of the lamb, the
Israelites survived the 10th plague. - In order to be liberated from Egypt, the
Israelites passed through water.
146. In summary, we have seen in Exodus 1-15 that
- God continues His plan of Salvation by
establishing His covenant with Noah. The
characteristics of Gods covenant with Noah are - Mediator (the person as the representative of
Gods covenant) Moses. - Form (the size of the covenant) Nation.
- Sign (the action or symbol of the covenant)
Passover.
