Socio-economic rights reports, protocols and workshops The final draft of the 5th ESR report was completed by 31 March 2004 for adoption by the Commission, printing and distribution in 2004/05. Substantial refinements were made to the economic and social rights monitoring process to improve the quality of monitoring and to raise awareness of economic and social rights. 2 economic and social rights seminars were held, in addition to 20 other presentations and briefings for government and civil society.
